Please read Dave Barry's "Guys vs. Men" on page 405 in "Presence."
Come up with your own "Guy" invention.
Here's mine: A gun that shoots spices into meat. You'd use it before throwing a steak on the grill.
Nowadays, you can buy injectors, which are huge hypodermic needles that inject liquid into meats.
But a gun is so much cooler, so much more of a "Guy" thing.

This is an invention for those guys who are obviously too lazy to get up and change the channel. But there would be a lazy boy chair that could sense what sports the guy sitting in it wants to watch and automatically go to that channel.
ReplyDeleteas a guy, a good invention would be a chick magnet. you just have to point it at a girl you want, and they will automatically come over to you and even like you!! not that i need it.
ReplyDeleteGlasses that allow guys to read a womans mind. So a guy doesn't always have to ask whats wrong and not understand whats going on, but instead can just read their mind and understand where the woman is coming from and see what they want them to do. No more "I never know what shes thinking or wants me to do"!
ReplyDeleteMy invention would be for all guys who are shy. I would make there be a special signal or something for all womena nd when they notice that a guy is shy they use this signal. When the guy sees this signal he all of a sudden opens right up and is no longer afraid of what the girl is thinking of him.
ReplyDeleteThe invention i would create is an ear piece that decodes what a girl really means by something shes saying to you. This would prevent akward conversations and fights from occuring. i feel like this invention would save the male population from alot of uneccesary stress that girls normally inflict.

ReplyDeleteMy "guy" invention would have to be something that let the guy know when to be sensitive. Like a device in his head that went off when he should be acting sensitive or when a gf wants him to care about something more than he is. Some guys just act like they don't care about stuff because they dont know how to or they are ambarrassed to.
ReplyDeleteMy guy invention is simple: A lazy-boy that can go ANYWHERE! As a guy, I know how it feels when you're sitting in your nice, comfy chair and then someone tells you to take out the trash, or clean something up. Well, how cool would it be if you could tell your chair to help you clean your room and the chair just walked you upstairs and into your room!? It would also help with things like grocery shopping, walking the dog, or even going to the bathroom! That would probably have to be in the later models, as it would be kinda gross.
ReplyDeleteMy invention would be a teleportation device where you would use if you stay up pass midnight and accidentally sleep in. The next day you sleep in, you wake up and only have 3 mins to get to class. You have no worries of being late just jump in your teleporter and teleport right to your class within seconds.
ReplyDeleteMy "guy invention" would be a mute button. So when a guy is watching a game or something were he doesn't want to be bothered he could just press it and all the noise would stop. So if a guys girlfriend or wife is trying to talk to him during a game or something he could just press the button and they would stop talking.
ReplyDeleteA guy invention that i would want would be, a hovering couch that makes it feel as if you are sitting on air while watching a game. Not only does it hover but when a big hit happens in a football game the couch would shake as if you were the ball carrier.
ReplyDeleteGuy inventions are great. If you were too look around an observe the technology around you, you would see many existing guy inventions. For instance: the universal remote, gps, the beer helmet. It is all about taking something simple and making a "guy upgrade." It's something like engines in cars. As a guy, I am drawn to large powerful machines. Unessecerily powerful even. V6, V8, Turbo. I get goosebumps even thinking about it. I would porbably invent something related to music. Possibly an extremely powerful amp that would shoot flames from the top when you played certain cords. Pyro is such a great addition to anyhting. Guys like FIRE. At least I do anyway.
ReplyDeleteAn invention for a guy that i would want in something that could go really fast. whether it be a car or plane or something just to bring me up to the speeds that no one has gone before.
